Whole Patches of Pumpkins

Here are the results of the pumpkin carving extravaganza. Naturally, mine is a kitty pumpkin. It's a good thing I'm married or I would truly deserve the title of Crazy Cat Lady.

Mums the word

In preparation for the upcoming birthday festivities at my house, my sugarplums and I did a little planting over the weekend. I love mums, they make me want to wear scarves, drink hot apple cider, and carve pumpkins. On that note, I still need to pick up a pumpkin. I missed out on carving last year, but I won't let that happen again. Maybe this year I won't burn the pumpkin seeds. Maybe.
